COMMERCIAL PROPERTY / FINANCING CONNECTIONS
Capital for
your next move.
Buying your premises. Refinancing an asset. Planning what comes next. Start with a clearer picture—and a conversation with the right people.
A STARTING POINT, NOT A QUOTE
Run the numbers.
Then ask better questions.
Explore a simple borrowing scenario before you speak with a lender. Change every assumption to fit your situation.
Illustrative monthly amortization only. The example rate is not an offered or current market rate. Fees, tax, insurance, rate changes and lender-specific compounding conventions are excluded. This is not an approval, recommendation or financial advice.
DIFFERENT PLANS. DIFFERENT FINANCING QUESTIONS.

Before you

Is Commercially the lender?
This site is a Commercially property financing enquiry and introduction resource. It does not make lending decisions or issue loan commitments. Financing is assessed and provided by the relevant lender or appropriately licensed mortgage professional.
Are the calculator numbers a quote?
No. They are an illustrative monthly amortization scenario based on inputs you control, not current offered rates, lender terms or an approval. Actual costs and payment conventions can differ.
Can I apply without choosing a property?
You can begin a conversation before selecting an asset. Tell us whether you are exploring, actively searching, under contract or approaching a financing maturity.
What should I have ready?
Start with the property type and location, your intended use, an approximate budget and timeline. A lender may later request financial statements, property information and other documents through an appropriate secure process.
LET’S MAKE YOUR NEXT MOVE CLEARER
Tell us about your next move.
A short, focused enquiry is enough to start. This is not a credit application or a commitment to financing.
